In the 1980s, Sylvester Stallone underwent a grueling diet and fitness regimen to prepare for his role as Rocky Balboa in "Rocky III." To achieve an incredibly low body fat percentage of 2.8% for his fight against Mr. T's Clubber Lang, Stallone consumed a minimal diet consisting primarily of two small oatmeal cookies made with brown rice and an astonishing ten cups of coffee. He admitted to experiencing significant side effects, including memory loss and other debilitating physical issues, attributing them to the extreme nature of his diet.

Now 76, Stallone has shifted his focus to lower-impact exercises, favoring bands and cables over traditional weights. He likens his current workout routine to physical therapy, emphasizing the importance of keeping his joints mobile after undergoing numerous surgeries, including five back operations, shoulder and neck fusions, and knee procedures. Stallone jokingly refers to himself as "bionic" due to the extensive work he's had done. He has also significantly reduced his coffee intake.

These days, Stallone's life is less about intense physical transformations and more about family. He stars alongside his wife and daughters in the Paramount+ reality show, "The Family Stallone." The show premiered in May 2023, months after Stallone and his wife, Jennifer Flavin, reconciled following a highly publicized divorce filing in August 2022. Flavin had cited "intentional dissipation" of marital assets in her initial filing. The couple, who first met in 1988 and married in 1997, appear to have mended their relationship and are working on their marriage.
