Following a chilling 911 call reporting an eight- to ten-foot “greenish” alien creature, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has taken the unusual step of placing the family’s home under surveillance. The incident, which occurred between April 30 and May 1, involved a potential UFO sighting and alleged face-to-face encounter with extraterrestrial beings.
Body camera footage from responding officers captured a glowing green light streaking across the night sky, corroborating the family’s claim of a crashed UFO. The family, expressing fear for their safety, now has police cameras installed on their property. The LVMPD confirmed this in a statement to Fox News Digital, emphasizing the cameras were intended to alleviate the family’s concerns about potential harassment or harm.

While officers found no concrete evidence of aliens or a UFO crash during the initial response, the story gained traction after investigative journalist Doug Poppa highlighted it on his podcast. Poppa, known for his work on corruption and the 2017 Las Vegas massacre, admitted his skepticism about UFOs and aliens but acknowledged the family’s account seemed credible.
The LVMPD’s involvement, particularly the installation of surveillance equipment, has raised eyebrows. The department’s connection to Homeland Security, and Assistant Sheriff Sasha Larkin’s role in intelligence and counterterrorism, adds another layer of intrigue. Larkin oversees the Special Operations Group, which includes the Homeland Security and Investigative Services Divisions.

This incident coincides with recent discussions surrounding UFOs, fueled by whistleblower David Grusch’s allegations of a secret government program retrieving crashed UFOs. The House Oversight Committee is reportedly in the preliminary stages of planning a UAP (Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena) hearing. A YouTube video featuring a witness recounting the Las Vegas event and the chilling 911 call has further intensified public interest.
The witness described a paralyzing fear upon making eye contact with the creature, detailing its unusual features and “loud, deep breathing.” The 911 call audio captures the witness’s distress and conviction that the beings were “not human.” The American Meteor Society received over 20 reports of the green light across multiple states, yet the government has not officially confirmed either the Las Vegas incident or Grusch's claims. The Pentagon has denied the existence of a secret UFO retrieval program, but several sources who know Grusch have vouched for his credibility.
