Freelance photographer Andrew Leyden captured moments from the event, sharing on X (formerly Twitter) how, as the president departed, he doffed his winter hat, leaned towards the press, and playfully inquired, "You're still here?" Leyden highlighted the chilly, windy conditions, later explaining how the combination of static electricity and wind affected the president's hair after he removed his hat.

The incident sparked humorous commentary online, with one X user remarking on the president's hair. This isn't the first time Biden's hair has drawn attention. A 1987 Washington Post article alluded to a possible hair transplant, a claim Biden responded to with playful ambiguity.
