Authorities in the Caribbean nation of St. Kitts and Nevis are investigating a grim discovery: the remains of at least 19 individuals found aboard a drifting vessel. The partially submerged boat was spotted off the coast of Nevis on Wednesday and subsequently towed to St. Kitts for further investigation by police and medical officials.
