Amidst a contentious divorce battle with actor Kevin Costner, Christine Baumgartner has been spotted vacationing in Hawaii with their children. This follows a recent court hearing where a judge ordered Baumgartner to vacate the family's $145 million Carpinteria, California estate by July 31st. The ruling comes after Costner requested she leave by July 14 and Baumgartner countered with a proposed August 31st departure.
Baumgartner's legal team asserts that the hearing didn't favor either side, as the judge's decision landed between the two proposed dates. They also contest Costner's request that Baumgartner cover his $100,000 in legal fees associated with the eviction proceedings, arguing that it was an unnecessary expense given her prior agreement to leave. Further, they argue that the issue of legal fees will ultimately be determined by the couple's pre-marital agreement, which will be reviewed in a November trial.

During her Hawaiian getaway, Baumgartner was seen wearing a black floral bikini, accessorized with sunglasses and jewelry. This vacation mirrors a recent trip Costner took with their children to British Columbia as the legal proceedings continue.

A previous court ruling stipulated that Baumgartner could only remove personal items like toiletries, clothing, handbags, and jewelry from the estate without a written agreement or court order. This led to disputes over household items like kitchenware and appliances, with Costner's legal team arguing that Baumgartner had ample resources to purchase new items. Baumgartner's team countered, highlighting the actor's substantial wealth and characterizing the dispute as a trivial matter in comparison.

Baumgartner initially filed for divorce in May, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple share three children. A judge recently awarded Baumgartner $129,755 per month in child support, significantly less than her initial request of $248,000. Costner is also responsible for covering a portion of the children's healthcare, education, and extracurricular expenses.
