A 23-year-old Tempe, Arizona resident, Jonathan Roy Jackson, was arrested at Scottsdale Fashion Square mall on Sunday for allegedly filming a man inside a restroom stall. According to court documents reviewed by FOX 10 Phoenix, Jackson is accused of using a cellphone concealed within a clear bag to record the victim. The victim noticed the bag positioned at the base of his stall door and suspected he was being filmed. Approximately 45 minutes later, the victim returned to the same restroom and observed the bag and a pair of Crocs in the same position. He confronted Jackson, who apologized and tried to flee. The victim restrained Jackson, who then reportedly punched him in the face before police arrived and made the arrest. Jackson allegedly confessed to having a "fetish" for recording men in restrooms. A Maricopa County judge set Jackson's bond at $10,000.
