Lively's lawyer contends that this document, distributed by crisis PR manager Melissa Nathan, was intended to promote misleading counter-narratives.

The lawsuit further details a purported text exchange between Baldoni, producer Jamey Heath, and Nathan, expressing Baldoni's reservations about the document. Another exchange between Nathan and Baldoni's publicist, Jennifer Abel, allegedly reveals Baldoni's desire to suppress Lively's voice. The suit also includes a screenshot of a social media post about Hailey Bieber and bullying that Baldoni allegedly shared with Abel, suggesting a similar approach.
