A Florida woman's attempt to rekindle a romance took a destructive turn when she allegedly threw a brick through her ex-boyfriend's window, leading to her arrest. The incident, captured on doorbell and police bodycam footage, unfolded in Bonita Springs, Florida.
The Lee County Sheriff's Office released a video on Facebook showing 34-year-old Sabrina Coyne throwing the brick, which she claimed was a memento from their first date. The video is edited with music and captions, including the ironic title "Woman throws brick through window - 'It wasn’t me.'"

Sheriff Carmine Marceno addressed the incident, emphasizing the seriousness of domestic violence and the unpredictable nature of such situations. He stated their zero-tolerance policy and highlighted the importance of resolving disputes peacefully.

The video shows Coyne denying her involvement despite the clear footage. The sheriff's office incorporated the song "It Wasn't Me" into the video, adding a touch of irony to the situation.

Sheriff Marceno explained that the use of humor in the video was not meant to trivialize the incident but to engage the public while conveying important information about the arrest. The sheriff's office prioritizes transparency and uses social media to keep the community informed.

Coyne was arrested and charged with criminal mischief and throwing a deadly missile into an occupied dwelling. She was released on bond. Sheriff Marceno urged individuals facing relationship difficulties to remain calm and seek peaceful resolutions.
