"Duck Dynasty" star Silas "Uncle Si" Robertson recently experienced a hunting accident, landing him in the hospital for three days. During a hunting trip in Arkansas, Robertson fell from a boat, impacting his oxygen tank. Co-hosts Justin Martin and Phillip McMillan detailed the incident on their "Duck Call Room" podcast, explaining that Robertson's haste to exit the boat led to the fall.
Despite attempting to downplay the incident, Robertson's mud-covered appearance revealed the truth. Although initially claiming to be fine, his quiet demeanor and low oxygen levels later raised concerns about a possible concussion. It was later discovered that Robertson had been experiencing significant pain and panic attacks due to bruised ribs, prompting his family to take him to the emergency room. Thankfully, the injuries weren't serious, and Robertson was discharged with medication to aid his recovery.
This incident coincides with A&E's announcement of a "Duck Dynasty" revival. The new series, "Duck Dynasty: The Revival," will center on Willie Robertson and his wife, Korie. The network has ordered 20 one-hour episodes, essentially two seasons, with a summer premiere date anticipated.
