Senior Cat with 'Cattitude' Seeks Loving Home in the Hamptons

Created: JANUARY 24, 2025

A charming 17-year-old cat named Phoebe is hoping to find her forever family in East Hampton, New York. Currently residing at the Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons (ARF), this brown, black, and orange domestic shorthair is described as having a distinct "cattitude" and knows what she enjoys in life: delicious meals and plenty of affection.

Adoptable pet

While Phoebe enjoys her naps and prefers a slower pace these days due to her age and arthritis, she still relishes gentle cuddles. ARF notes that her arthritis can make quick movements uncomfortable. Despite being a senior cat, Phoebe is full of life and ready to spend her golden years in a home that appreciates her unique personality.

ARF, an organization with a rich history of nearly 50 years, has assisted countless abandoned and homeless animals. They provide essential services such as shelter, medical care, and finding loving homes for these animals. Their recently constructed "Forever Home" facility, featuring a welcome center, kennel, and training center, enhances their ability to care for even more animals in need.
