A trespasser intruded upon Pierce Brosnan's Malibu guest house on Monday afternoon, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. The individual reportedly first entered a neighboring property's laundry room, used their water, and then proceeded to Brosnan's property. Law enforcement used a helicopter unit to locate and apprehend the suspect.

The 70-year-old actor and his wife, Keely Smith, 59, reside at the Malibu estate, although it was not confirmed if they were present during the incident. A representative for Brosnan stated the intruder accessed the property from the beach and used the outdoor shower before being escorted away by staff.

This incident follows a previous stalking case in 2022, where Brosnan filed a restraining order against a woman who he alleged was parked outside his home and harassing him, his family, and guests. The woman was ordered to stay away from the Brosnan family and their property. The restraining order expired in October 2022 with no further reported incidents.

Brosnan's $100 million Thai-inspired Malibu estate, inspired by the James Bond film "Tomorrow Never Dies," was listed for sale in 2020 but was later taken off the market due to a lack of offers.
