Rams Receiver Demarcus Robinson Arrested for DUI After Loss to Eagles

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Demarcus Robinson was taken into custody early Monday morning on suspicion of driving under the influence. California Highway Patrol officers allege Robinson was exceeding 100 mph just hours after the Rams' Sunday night defeat against the Philadelphia Eagles.

The incident occurred around 5:10 a.m. on northbound U.S. Route 101. Authorities reported observing a white Dodge sedan, driven by Robinson, traveling at a high rate of speed. Upon stopping the vehicle, officers noted signs of alcohol impairment, leading to Robinson's arrest. He was subsequently cited and released to a responsible individual.

The arrest took place near the Rams' training facility in Woodland Hills, following the team's 37-20 loss to the Eagles. Robinson had two receptions for 15 yards and a touchdown in the game.

Currently in his second season with the Rams, Robinson has started all 11 games. He leads the team with six touchdown receptions, totaling 26 catches for 384 yards this season. The Rams organization has not yet commented publicly on the incident, but head coach Sean McVay is scheduled to address the media on Tuesday.
