Although the NYPD hasn't linked the suspect to the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua, known for its presence near the Roosevelt, the investigation continues. The area has witnessed gang-related violence, including the recent fatal stabbing of a 17-year-old allegedly connected to a Tren de Aragua affiliate.
