Created: JANUARY 25, 2025

In a scene reminiscent of science fiction, spherical robots have been spotted patrolling alongside law enforcement officers on the streets of China. Developed by Logon Technology, the RT-G autonomous spherical robot signifies a notable advancement in robotics, designed to support and potentially replace human personnel in hazardous situations.

These versatile robots are amphibious, capable of operating on both land and water, and can reach speeds of up to 35 km/h (22 mph). Furthermore, they are built to withstand significant impact damage, up to 4 tons.
