In a recent incident, the USS Harry S. Truman, a Nimitz-class aircraft carrier, collided with a merchant vessel named Besiktas-M. The collision occurred near Port Said, Egypt, in the Mediterranean Sea around 11:46 p.m. local time on February 12th. Fortunately, the incident didn't cause any flooding or injuries aboard the USS Harry S. Truman, and its propulsion systems remain fully operational and stable. The Navy has launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the collision.
