Schaumburg authorities have confirmed that Monroe was with Negray the night of her death, though the cause and manner of her death are still being determined. The investigation into Negray's death is ongoing, with limited details currently available. Her obituary describes her as a vibrant young woman with a passion for art, makeup, modeling, and music. Monroe is being held on a $5 million bond for the charges related to the attack on the young girls. While he hasn't been charged in connection with Negray's death as of yet, the investigation continues.
